Why subordinates under enemies are so loyal!

It's like how the low level grunts act when they see like a 100 of them getting anhilated, they still talk shit and throw hands anyway. If enemy grunts had the power of having flashbacks there would be no good guy left.

Heh. I think it's set in the modern age, cause in the bridge story arc you can see modern cranes. In another story, modern ear pieces for communications. Yet the ninja villages we see usually only have modern appliances (ex fridges), light fixtures, and maybe medical equipment.

So I guess Ninjas are very picky about what modern conveniences they use in this universe. Cause there is a lot of electronics and machines they don't use!

Too many stories in general follow that line of logic unfortunately. But you are correct, changing bodies should be pointless. His arms should remain useless.

The only way I see the author fixing this mess, is by claiming the curse didn't take part of Orichimaru's soul (the arms), but instead only caused the arms of his current body to decay (which is completely different from what Sarutobi/3rd Hokage said).

Instead it's handwaved away. I think the intention is we're not supposed to think too hard about it or remember it.
